Effective Diet Plan For Weight Lose

Here's a sample weight-loss diet plan with timing. It's focused on balanced meals, portion control, and nutrient-dense foods, making it easier to stick to. Keep in mind to adjust portions based on your calorie needs, and consult a healthcare professional if you have any specific health conditions. 



Morning (6:00 AM - 6:30 AM)

**Warm Lemon Water**  

- 1 glass warm water with fresh lemon juice (optional: 1 tsp honey).


Morning Salad (7:00 AM - 8.00 AM)

Just Cucumber salad with lemon and minimal salt.


- 1 Orange or 1 pomegranate 30 minutes before breakfast.


Breakfast (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)

**Balanced Breakfast**  

- Option 1: Greek yogurt with berries and a small handful of nuts  

- Option 2: Oatmeal topped with fruits (like apple, banana) and a sprinkle of chia or flax seeds  

- Option 3: Veggie omelette with a slice of whole-grain toast  


Lunch (12:30 PM - 1:30 PM)

**High-Protein Lunch**  

- Option 1: Grilled chicken or tofu salad with lots of vegetables and a light dressing  

- Option 2: Quinoa or brown rice bowl with mixed veggies, beans, and a protein like chicken, fish, or chickpeas  

- Option 3: Whole-grain wrap with lean protein (turkey, tuna, or beans), veggies, and avocado  


- 1 Orange or 1 pomegranate 30 minutes before afternoon Snack.

Afternoon Snack (3:30 PM - 4:00 PM)

**Light Snack**  

- Veggie sticks with hummus  

- nuts or seeds

- 1 cup green tea or herbal tea 


Evening Salad (5.00 PM - 5:30 PM)

Just Cucumber salad with lemon and minimal salt.


Dinner (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM)

**Low-Carb Dinner**  

- Option 1: Grilled salmon with steamed vegetables  

- Option 2: Stir-fried vegetables with tofu or shrimp  

- Option 3: Lentil or vegetable soup with a side of salad




Additional Tips:


1. *FASTING*
Fasting is most important, at least 12-13 hours of fasting should be done.

Fasting time is 9 pm to 9 am. Only lemon water, Orange, or cucumber salad can be consumed between 6 am to 9 am.

1. Drink plenty of water throughout the day (around 2-3 litres).

2. Avoid sugary drinks and processed foods.

3. Get at least 8-9 hours of sleep each night. 

4. Fried food and fast food must be avoided
